Whitewing Trails is the largest, an 800-acre master-planned community with its own amenity center, pool, walking trails, and an onsite elementary school. Winchester Crossing, Princeton Lake, Sicily, and the newer Lowry Trails fill in the surrounding areas, most built on former farmland around cul-de-sacs and neighborhood parks.
There is also a small pocket of original Princeton homes near the old downtown, built in the 1950s and 1960s. These homes have a completely different plumbing profile: copper or galvanized supply lines and possibly cast iron sewer pipe, the same materials we work on in Farmers Branch and Greenville. If you own one of the older homes in Princeton, the plumbing needs are closer to those cities than to a 2020 home in Whitewing Trails.
