The flat fee for sending a plumber to you within normal hours (7am-5pm) is $49. Outside of normal hours, the fee increases to $200. Additional cost depends on the method deemed necessary to fix the issue.

Insufficient gas pressure is one of the most often-missed causes of tankless heater problems. If the unit isn’t getting the gas volume it needs, it won’t heat properly, and the fix may have nothing to do with the heater itself. We check supply pressure and connections as part of every gas unit diagnostic.
